The services are intended exclusively for individuals and legal entities interested in luxury asset management and investment strategies in collectible assets.

2. User Rights and Obligations

• The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and throughout the use of the services.
• Using the platform for illegal purposes or contrary to good morals is prohibited.
• The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their access data and for all activities carried out under their account.

3. PerfectPash Rights and Obligations

• PerfectPash undertakes to provide the services according to the description and applicable professional standards.
• The platform may be updated or temporarily interrupted for maintenance without prior notice.
• PerfectPash does not guarantee specific financial results from using the services.

4. Limitation of Liability

PerfectPash cannot be held liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from the improper use of the information provided. PerfectPash's total liability towards the user is limited to the value of the services purchased in the last 12 months.

5. Payment and Return Conditions

All payments are made in advance, according to the fees displayed on the platform. Refunds are made only in the event of course cancellation by PerfectPash, within 14 working days. No partial refunds are granted for services already provided.

6. Termination of Use

PerfectPash reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's access in the event of a breach of the terms and conditions. The user may request the deletion of their account at any time, provided that all outstanding financial obligations are settled.

7. Modification of Terms

These conditions may be modified by PerfectPash at any time. Users will be notified by email 30 days before the changes come into effect. Continued use of the platform after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
